BioPhoT offers life science teams a unique opportunity to work with one of Switzerland's leading business development mentors - Marco Rüedi.

He specialises in the strategic development and commercialisation of life science projects. Marco works daily with biotech, medtech and health innovation teams, helping to structure the development pathway from research result to market and investment.

As part of this mentoring, teams will receive industry-specific, hands-on feedback on their project's development logic, market potential and next steps, based on the experience of the Swiss life sciences ecosystem.

About the mentor

Marco Rüedi (MD, eMBA, eMMM) is a physician, entrepreneur and international business mentor with more than 20 years of experience in life sciences and health innovation.

He acts as Senior Business Coach At the Swiss innovation agency Innosuisse, where he advises early- and growth-stage companies in biotech, medtech, pharma and health innovation.

By combining his medical background with business and management expertise, he helps teams to combine scientific potential with a commercially viable development strategy.
