A special workshop was held on 6 October to introduce the method and its application to the platform's innovators. The methodology provides a structured approach to effectively develop and commercialise innovations and helps to identify critical points and priorities for the next steps of development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The KTH IRL framework is based on six key dimensions of innovation development, each with a scale of 1-9 levels of readiness, with clear requirements and targets to be met at each level:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Customer Readiness Level<\/em> (CRL) - confirm customer needs and interest&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Technology Readiness Level<\/em> (TRL) - to develop and test a technology, product or service&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Business Model Readiness Level<\/em> (BRL) - to ensure the sustainability of the business model (financially, socially, environmentally)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>IPR Readiness Level<\/em> (IPRL) - to clearly define and protect intellectual property rights&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Team Readiness Level<\/em> (TMRL) - assemble and develop a competent and coherent team&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Funding Readiness Level<\/em> (FRL) - to provide the necessary funding to turn an idea into a marketable product&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Useful materials:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KTH IRL Methodology -
