The symposium will discuss areas such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical biology and biosuspension rheology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Microfluidics and lab-on-a-chip platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Micro and nanosensors, actuators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active matter and microrobotics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RESIM 2026 especially invites PhD students, young researchers, and students to participate \u2013 it is an excellent opportunity to present their research, participate in a workshop, build international contacts, and discuss with industry leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The symposium will take place at the University of Latvia's House of Science. The event is organized by the University of Latvia's Institute of Solid State Physics (LU CFI) in cooperation with the BioMagnetLink and FeLow-D projects.
