BioPhoT offers life science teams the unique opportunity to work with one of Switzerland's leading business development experts, Marco Rüedi.

His expertise focuses on the strategic development and commercialization of life science innovations. Marco works closely with biotechnology, medical technology, and health innovation teams,helping them define clear development pathways from scientific results to market entry and investment readiness.

During the workshop, teams will receive industry-specific, hands-on feedback on their project's development logic, market potential and next steps, based on the experience of the Swiss life sciences ecosystem.

Teams are invited to register by 28 March. Places are limited!

The workshops are scheduled for 13-17 April 2026.

The programme will be organised in thematic days, each day focusing on a specific sub-discipline of life sciences and bringing together teams from that area.

Day 2 - Biotechnology / Pharmaceuticals / Synthetic Molecules / Nutraceuticals

Day 3 - Medical Technologies (MedTech)

Marco Rüedi (MD, eMBA, eMMM) is a physician, entrepreneur and international business coach with more than 20 years of experience in life sciences and health innovation.

He acts as Senior Business Coach At the Swiss innovation agency Innosuisse, where he advises early- and growth-stage companies in biotech, medtech, pharma and health innovation.

Combining medical training with business and management expertise, he helps teams translate scientific potential into commercially viable development strategies.
